Shipping Policy – Hudson & Scarlett

At Hudson & Scarlett, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Delivery times are divided into two stages:


ORDER PROCESSING

Processing Time

This includes:

  • Order verification
  • Quality inspection
  • Packaging
  • Dispatch preparation

All orders are typically processed and forwarded to our fulfillment partners within 72 hours after payment has been received.


SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping time refers to the estimated transit time from our warehouse to your delivery address.

United States & Canada

Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance:
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 weeks


Australia & New Zealand

Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance:
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 weeks


United Kingdom & Europe

Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance:
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 weeks


Other International Destinations

Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance:
Estimated delivery time: 2–6 weeks


INSURED SHIPPING

If your order is lost during transit or arrives damaged, Hudson & Scarlett will send a replacement item at no additional cost, provided sufficient proof is supplied.


PRIORITY INSURED SHIPPING

Priority Insured Shipping places your order at the top of our daily processing queue sent to our fulfillment partners.

Please note that during periods of high order volume, shipping times may still remain similar to Standard Shipping. Priority Shipping also includes shipment insurance coverage.


SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

Some products may ship separately and arrive at different times because we work with multiple warehouse locations and fulfillment centers.

Although many of our products ship from the United States or Canada, certain items may be shipped directly from international suppliers due to high demand or stock availability.

Please do not be concerned if your tracking information shows shipment activity from a country different from your own.


SHIPPING DELAYS

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Seasonal demand
  • High order volume

During busy periods, shipments may take longer than expected. Rest assured that we are working hard to deliver your order as quickly as possible without compromising product quality.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
